Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: April – 26 – 2026 Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the littlefinsswimschool.com website (the “Site”) or enrolling in any lessons or programs offered by Little Fins Swim School (“Little Fins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site or enrolling in lessons, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Site, submitting an inquiry form, or enrolling in any lesson or program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and accept these Terms on their behalf.2. Services Offered
Little Fins Swim School provides one-on-one swim instruction and related programs at two Colorado Springs locations:- Garden of the Gods Location: 4465 Northpark Drive, Colorado Springs, CO
- Union Boulevard Location: 1625 Medical Center Point, Suite 160, Colorado Springs, CO
3. Enrollment and Booking
Lessons and programs are booked through our Pike13 scheduling platform at littlefinsgog.pike13.com. By completing a booking, you agree to the scheduling policies, payment terms, and cancellation policies outlined at the time of enrollment and in these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information — including your child’s age, any health conditions, and emergency contact information — at the time of enrollment. This information is used to personalize instruction and ensure swimmer safety.4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept payment through the methods available on our booking platform. All fees are subject to change; current pricing is reflected in the booking system at the time of enrollment.5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change. To reschedule or cancel a lesson, please contact us as far in advance as possible through our booking platform or by calling (719) 344-5328. Cancellations made within our required notice window may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the lesson credit, as outlined in your enrollment agreement.6. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly at (719) 344-5328 to discuss your situation. We are committed to working with families in good faith.7. Health and Safety Requirements
The health and safety of every swimmer in our care is our first priority. By enrolling, you confirm the following:- Your child (or you, if enrolling as an adult) is in good health and has no medical condition that would be contraindicated for swimming lessons without prior physician approval.
- You will notify Little Fins of any changes to your child’s health, medical condition, or physical limitations before lessons begin.
- You will follow all pool rules and health guidelines posted at each facility.
8. Photography and Media Policy
Little Fins Swim School may photograph or record lesson activities for internal training, safety review, or marketing purposes. By enrolling, you grant Little Fins permission to use your child’s image in promotional materials, including social media and our website, unless you have submitted a written opt-out request. To opt out of photography/media use, please notify us in writing at the time of enrollment.9. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
Swimming activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, drowning, or injury from pool equipment. By enrolling in lessons at Little Fins Swim School, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume all risk of injury or loss associated with participation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Little Fins Swim School, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in lessons or use of our facilities, except where such injury or damage results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Fins Swim School, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your or your child’s participation in our programs.10. Age Requirements
Our programs serve swimmers beginning at 6 months of age through adulthood. Specific programs have age or developmental requirements. It is your responsibility to confirm that your child meets the age or skill requirements for any program prior to enrollment. Little Fins staff will work with you to identify the most appropriate program placement.11. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and program descriptions — is the property of Little Fins Swim School and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our express written permission. “Swim-Float-Swim®” is a proprietary method developed and used by Little Fins Swim School. Any reference to this method should accurately describe it as Little Fins’ instructional approach and must not imply affiliation with ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) or any other organization.12. SMS Terms and Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Little Fins Swim School, you agree to receive automated SMS communications related to your enrollment, lesson reminders, scheduling updates, and program news.- Message frequency: Varies based on your enrollment and communication preferences.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

- Little Fins Swim School does not share SMS opt-in data or your phone number with any third party for marketing purposes.
