She Does It All — And She Does It With Heart
Ms. Hailey has stepped up in a big way this summer, and we are not exaggerating when we say she is everywhere she needs to be, doing everything that needs to be done — with a smile, with care, and with that unmistakable Hailey sweetness.
Here’s what makes her so special: Hailey isn’t just a swim instructor. She has joined our admin team, supporting families at the front desk with the kind of warmth and genuine care that makes people feel seen and valued from the moment they walk in. Whether she’s answering questions, helping a nervous new swim family get settled in, or solving a scheduling hiccup with grace — Hailey handles it all.
And then — without missing a beat — she jumps in the pool.
Yes, literally. On several of her admin shifts, when the team needed coverage, Hailey hopped in the water and taught lessons. Because that’s just who she is. She doesn’t see walls between roles. She sees what needs to be done, and she does it.
The Numbers Don’t Lie
We love a moment where heart AND hustle show up in the data — and June delivered exactly that.
Ms. Hailey M. came in #3 for lesson counts for the entire month of June. 🏆
Third only to two of our most seasoned Little Fins veterans — Ms. Kayla and Ms. Yelena — Hailey logged an incredible number of lessons in a single month. For context, that is a lot of time in the pool, a lot of little swimmers coached, encouraged, and celebrated, and a whole lot of lives being touched through the power of water safety education.
That kind of output takes dedication, endurance, and a genuine love for what you do. Ms. Hailey has all three.
On the Path to Lead Instructor
We are also incredibly proud to share that Ms. Hailey is on her way to earning her Lead Instructor title at Little Fins. 🎉
This is a big deal. The road to Lead Instructor isn’t handed out — it’s earned through performance, leadership, growth, commitment to our mission, and demonstrating the Little Fins standard of excellence in and out of the pool. Hailey is actively working through all the steps, and the trajectory she’s on is something we are so proud to witness.
The best is still ahead for this one.
