November 2026 Wave Maker of the Month: Celebrating Ms. Tommi!

At Little Fins Swim School, our Wave Maker of the Month recognizes team members who go above and beyond for our swimmers, families, teammates, and community.

This November, we’re excited to celebrate Ms. Tommi as our Wave Maker of the Month!

The Teammate Everyone Can Count On

Need a hand? Need a sub? Need someone who will show up with a smile and a great attitude?

That’s Ms. Tommi!

Tommi has become someone our team can count on, both in and out of the pool. She’s always willing to jump in, cover lessons, support fellow instructors, or lend a hand wherever she’s needed.

And she does it all with a positive attitude that makes a difference.

Whether she’s helping a teammate or working with her own swimmers, Tommi brings genuine care and dedication to everything she does. Her swim families love her, and it’s easy to understand why!

Making Waves Beyond the Pool

Tommi’s commitment to Little Fins doesn’t end when her lessons are over.

This fall, she showed up for our community Trunk or Treat events and volunteered and participated in the Tread-a-thon. These events give our team opportunities to connect with families and support the causes that matter to our community.

For Tommi, showing up isn’t just about filling a spot. It’s about being part of something bigger.

Her willingness to volunteer reflects the heart behind our mission of saving lives through water safety education and world-class swim instruction.

Always Learning, Always Growing

One of the things we appreciate most about Tommi is her genuine desire to keep learning.

She’s committed to expanding her knowledge, strengthening her teaching skills, and becoming an even better swim instructor.
